I shoot with my right arm. What is proper?
1. support arm ------> / | <-------shooting arm
2. support arm ------> / \ <-----shooting arm
The difference between the first one and second one is that the first one, the shooting arm is straight up and parralel with the net. I shoot with the second mether because method 1 makes my body irregular and not square with the basket. The second method is the one i use and i like it because im square with the net and i can clearly see the net. I am wondering which is more proper and what Nba players use.
