my healthy eating is this small five meals breakfast -1 glass of light soya milk 1 small wholemeal toast 1 slice of smoked salmon 1 poached egg 1 sliced tomatoe or miso soup thats at 6am at 9am its a piece of fruit and 8 brazilian nuts at 1pm its box of sushi and side salad at 4pm its carrots mixed peppers cucmber slices with homemade hummus at 7 its avacado raw soup or any of following type of stir fry e.g tofu prawn chicken or any raw or japanese home made food. drinks are iced water or soya light milk i got other healthy snack ideas lol and im excerising 3 hrs a day 5 days a week
