New to cooking chicken, (fairly,) haven't made it forever. So I got chicken thighs, (took a couple out, put the other 2 into the freezer since just got them from the store.)
Rinsed the chicken, and thought to make it simply for starters so all I did was placed them on aluminum foil, then put some garlic salt seasoning on the tops. It's been in the oven for about 20 min. How much longer should it be in there, and what else could I use on the chicken in the future? I know there are rubs, but what's the most common thing to put on the chicken, salt and pepper?
Also if I was to just cook it on the stove, how long do you turn it, etc., to make sure it's cooked well. Thanks!
