my i9 3g s support 32 gb is dead,,,,

due to fast speed sim and want to flash it

Has anybody found the solution to nokia 2760 slide when it begins to power off and on by itself. Flashing it does not fix it. It begins customers say after the phone falls into water. I believe it should be hardware. Ive tried a number of things like removing some i.cs and still no solution. I had to buy one such phone off a customer in order to try it. Can anybody help and profer a sol

in the conector the 1 pin on the left neer dual sim suport GND
the 5 is the TX
the 6 is the RX

Please send the photo off the other side PCB
