Sorry this is kinda long, but I really need an answer, preferably from someone else my age. =/ So yeah; I'm 5'1, 115 pounds, 14 years old, and I'm not the most toned person. From the side my stomach looks decent, but it's definitely not firm, so when I sit that changes dramatically. I'm a size 5 jeans, and my legs aren't firm, but they aren't that flabby either. I have a 31 inch waist because of my wide hips bones, which have love handles to make them more dramatic. (I hate that..)
Personally I think I'm fat. My friends and family say I'm fine, yet people in my school all complain about a size 0 and are upset with there 29-or lower-inch waists, which has muscle rather than fat, so I'm so insecure and pretty much hate my entire appearance-especially in school.
I need a serious answer;I've asked a lot of questions, and there are a lot of you who either spam or just give me a b.s. answer.
Oh and I'd like some advice on quick 10-15 minute workouts too, please =/
