Hi guys, Im 15, and I can pitch bout 65 to 70 miles per hour ball (please dont laugh if its too low) and ummm, jus wonderin, Is there like any exercise I can do to strengthen my guns, what kinda exercises should I do, please explain... Also it can be anythin from liftin weights, to doin crunches.... thanks yall.
