basal cell found on forehead by hairline. What type of incision is usually done in this area. A Flap shape like a T. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
The basal cell carcinomas I had removed from my face, on cheek and under nose were done with a straight line. Only scar I have is a fine hairline. The one on my cheek now looks like a small dimple due to being overweight now.
The size of the BCC will no doubt play a part in what kind of incision needs to be made.
