Hi guys I got an invite to a tracker and tried to signup but it failed , said try again later , I went to their IRC and they said some countires are banned and some are restricted ... so my all dreams were destroyed so lets make a list for trackers which ones ban which countries :

Bad coz i am from India!!...and i wanted to become a member at SCC!!
and maintaining a ratio at SCC is pretty much easy!!and so that doesn't become a problem for users like me who have a low bandwith!!

Waffles banned Romania because 95% of the traffic from Romania is cheaters, fraudulent donors, and invite/account sellers. It's much easier to ban the entire country and unban the tiny amount of good guys than it is to ban the bad guys, since there's far fewer good guys.

why should everyone be affected when some idiots try to brake the rules on trackers. if one person is bad all persons are bad? that's the idea? but it's ilogical

I did not read all the topic but... Are you sure that Brazil got just a "part" ban from BitmeTV? Is there any brazilian here that can actually connect to the tracker?
But that would leave u with u being your admin & mod 'cause your site will be left without any users

TL and RevTT are great places with good content and are easy to seed as well.
SCC does have packs, but i am guessing you will not be downloading them coz of the low bandwidth at your end as you mentioned.
ScL is also a decent tracker and worth checking out.
