Let me start by telling you a little about the preexisting relationship with this man who must remain nameless (Bob). I`m in my forties, he`s in his seventies, and he was friend`s with my dad. My dad`s wife placed my dad in a home and ever since then Bob has been placing the guilt on me. Guilt turned into anger and anger turned into random name calling that is defiantly considered to be harassment.
Just recently I took ill and had to do serious surgery to fix the problem, after getting out of the hospital and mending for a bit, I decided to go back to Tim Horton`s, which is where I go quite often. I noticed my friend sitting down at a table next to Bob, so I go and sit down expecting Bob would cut me some slack seeing I just got back from having serious life threatening surgery, Bob shouts out, "free loader!" I had enough, so I yelled back "better than being a child molestar!" Which Bob was sentenced twice for. Bob got furious and threatened my life by saying he was going to get his sons after me. The older crew in Tim Hortons are signing a petition to get me band.
I guess my question is
1. Am I in the wrong?
2. Can I get band from Tim's for this?
3. What is the legal procedure to band someone from Tim Hortons?
4.Can I call authorities for his threat?
