"Banned from the Internet," How do I get back in a chat room site?

My brother used my screen name to go into a chat room and did something ( I dont know what ) and now when I sign on it says I am banned. I used a different computer (at the same house) and made up a new screen name and used a different email (changed every thing ) but I still come up banned.
