Banish fat, boost the metabolism?

Hi.
I'm 16 and I30pounds and 5,2.
I have a normal BMI, But I would like to lose 5 or 10 pounds. I was wondering if I did the jillian michaels banish fat boost metabolism workout everyday, would I lose this weight. I would acompany this with a healthy diet also.
What do you think?
