Bandit running lights

I have a 2001 bandit 1200 S and My front running lights do not work. I have looked at the electrical schematic and it does NOT show any front running lights even though there is a two element bulb with two pins on the base. The indicators work fast as the OEM indicators had been removed and replaced with flush indicators at the front and aftermarket ones at the back. The original bulbs were 21 watts where now they are only 5 watts hence flashing faster. Either way did the bike come with running lights originally?

No. Neither fronts nor rears are running lights. The bike is wired for running lights, but all four stalks are two-wire units.
