Hey guys,
Would like any assistance possible.
I recently purchased the phone (SYNC at&t) unlocked. It works great on the 1900 and 900 mhz band but when on the 1800 mhz band (the band used by the only 3G svc provider) it jumps. By jumpng I mean the phone works fine once it seeing a 3G signal, but only it moves to edge or gprs I can't receive or make calls.
To be more detailed it may dial out but ends the call within 50 seconds, or just says connecting with nothing else happening. And it will ring, but the call does not connect when answered.
To me it seems like it is not unlocked properly. I contacted the vendor who sold it but they say they purchase them unlocked and is unaware of how it was unlocked in the first place.
I would appreciate any help.
