I recently joined Bally s gym member, Well me and my buddy. When we joined the GM of the bally gym said nothing was wrong with us being 16. The next day we went and one of the PT( personal Trainers) Was wondering how we got in with us being under 18, and we said(Melissa the gm) said that we could even thou we were 16 so he was like that's not right you should talk to her about it. So we did and she said nothings the matter and such. Well today my buddy gets a bill for 69 $ for a fee that he already paid. Any thoughts? We signed this electronic thing and they gave us our card. He today asked for a copy of his contract. It said he signed for a Few hundred dollar loan. Plus they changed his DOB saying he was 18 and used some other Social Security number when my friend didn't even give his in the first place. What can we do about this? We really need some advice.
