Balloon Car Project HELP!!?

i am doing a balloon car project for my science class...and i need help! for wheels, right now we are using bottle caps, but they are not working well AT ALL. any suggestions for wheels?
they can't be something thats supposed to be wheels, like off of a toy. something thats not normally a wheel.
