Ballet help-tips and exercises?

I'm now 15 and I've just started ballet. I would really like any tips you could give me about ballet. I only go once a week for an hour because it was the cheapest lessons we could find (the intructor teaches using the royal academy of ballet) Do you also have any websites or anything you know of exercises which will help me improve my flexibililty and strength? Compared to other teenage girls similar to me, I'm slightly more flexible, so that helps a bit... thanks
