Ballads for an alto/mezzo soprano range?

I'm auditioning for Hairspray and looking for a ballad for my low-mediumish voice. I'm fourteen years old.

Also, even though the audition notice says you can audition with a song from Hairspray, is it a bad idea to use Good Morning Baltimore as my uptempo song?
