Baksteball camp, sore muscles...HELP?!!!?

Okay so this week ( week before school starts) the varsity coach is throwing a camp. Not doing much besdies pick up games and 3 on 3 the first camp was intense. 2 hours or conditoning ( which killed my thighs) an hour lunch break and 2 hours of b-ball. My thight really hurt like if i try to do a squate my thighs tighten even something like walking up and down stairs really hurts. Im wondering what I can do to help ease the pain because going all out for 4 hours is just doing makeing it worse. Im iceing/ heating my legs what else can I do?
