Baking US History for class- HELP!!?

In my AP US History class. I have to bake something like Mt. Rushmore or the white house out of cake or cookies. My teacher is crazy and I need some help. Do you have any ideas as to what I could bake and how I could do it? It has to be from US history. Like a battle or a building or some historical thing. PLEASE HELP, I'm completely lost.
 
LOL your teacher is crazy if u have to bake something that looks like a event that happened in history
