alot of recipes dont provide high altitude directions, is there a general rule of thumb? lets say for cookies
ha ha. high elevation i meant over 5000 feet. i dont know the exact because i cant get a straight answer frmo any website as to what it is here, im just 10 minutes north of albuquerque, nm. i have seen sites say it is 5000, 5200, and 5500 elevation so i dunno.
