Bad TruPhone VOIP settings do I need hard or soft reset?

Okay, I'm really annoyed. I just upgraded my firmware on my E61 so I could download TruPhone SIP VOIP, now somehow my settings got screwed up and I don't know what to do. The TruPhone settings are wrong and I am lost as what I should do. Should I do a soft reset (what is the code?) or do I need to do a hard reset (please say no)?
 
I was able to delete all the Truphone settings on my phone, like Access Points, SIP Settings etc. as I decided not to use Truphone. That may get you back.

Another option might be to re-install Truphone?
