Ok here's the (rather embarrassing) deal. Ive been riding bmx for years, but recently Ive been getting extremely painful stomach cramps and runny excrement's. When out riding, im pushing my body hard for hours at a time and only drinking energy drinks :/ could the energy drinks be the cause? should i drink water while out seshing the parks and streets? the pain is unreal when im trying to ride and rather annoying!
