Bad reaction to antibiotic URGENT

hi, i took an antibiotic containing Tinidazole and have had a reaction on my face. i am overseas and can not get to a doctor easily. it started with one tiny itchy scab on my face and has spread to look like bad acne. it is very itchy and erabarrassing. i also had a swollen eye socket this morning. i took the antibiotics 5 days ago.
i have tried face wash and cream etc.

Take an antihistamine such as Benadryl. Do not put any cream near your eyes. Do not take any more of the drug that caused it.

A cold compress might help with the itching and discomfort.
