Bad Posture? Please help!?

So I'm 14 years old and I do a lot of high impact competitive dancing. As soon as I started puberty, I started developing terrible posture. When I'm doing ballet it's really easy to remember to keep my shoulders down but when I physically do any lyrical jazz or tap dances, I round over my back and stick out my neck. This is preventing me from getting additional dances because it doesn't look pretty on stage. How can I improve my posture quickly and keep it that way??
i've also been to 3 different physiotherapists about it. They don't do anything.
