Bad pain on right flank

Ive had a pain on my right flank for about a year adn a half ago. On and off. It is getting worse sometimes when I eat it seems like the pain goes straight there I have even felt it vibrate. I am a singer and ive noticed that when I sing it aggrivates it. Two night ago i was practicing and had to stop singing because the pain was so bad. Ive been to ER several times and 3 or 4 doctors nobody seems to be able to tell me what it is. I really need help This pain seems to have taken over my life. PLease if anyone could help me.
 
I suggest you go to your primary care doctor,The Er is more likely to treat you for pain controll then to run test to find out the cause..
