Bad nausea and lower back pain after alcohol binge.

I'm 21 and quite a heavy drinker. Last night i had quite a heavy night and ive been really ill today, alot worse than usual. Ive been throwing up all day and unable to eat anything which doesnt usually happen to me, and had quite bad lower back/abdominal pain sort of around my bowel area and bladder. I feel awful and have been like this for over 12 hours now, any suggestions?
 
It sounRAB like you may have taken in more alcohol than your body can handle, as the nausea and vomiting are 2 of the signs of this. The only other thing I can think of that causes similar symptoms is appendicitis. I hope you go to the doctor to get checked out.
 
mmm ive had my appendix removed so it can't be that. I suppose i better just get to the doctors in the morning.
 
Well I guess it can't be that then! I just remerabered another thing that can cause these symptoms, extreme dehydration.
 
The area of pain is where your liver is, could be liver inflammation.

Called "alcoholic hepatitis", not the viral hepatitis, and even moderate drinkers can get it.
