Bad Lifestyle during Growth Spurt?

Could it be that my bad habits my have stunted my growth? I remember that when I was 11, I skipped meals during summer break and started eating less ever since (after summer break). Then when I became 12, I started staying up really late and slept for like less than 5 hours (this also happened during another summer break). My lifestyle then was rather sedentary. Then I became 13 and started exercising and eating healthy. But I was only able to sleep for 6-8 hours every night. Now I'm 15 and only about 5'4, about below average in my class. My brother is just about as tall as me and he's only 13. Now I'm thinking by eating a lot, and exercising a lot now could help me catch up with lost height, would that work?
