i put the jumper on the diagnostic block of my 93 Celica and checked the light for the number of blinks. It never stopped blinking, and I stopped at 70 blinks. I pulled the fuse and cleared the codes, then retested- same results. Does it sound like the ecm is fried? Car won't start, replaced battery, starter, and ignition switch. Running out of options and money! Ideas?
