i've had a cold for a while , and i cough my heart out until i have to take a breath , and if i cough to much i will occasionally have a gag/throwing up feeling , i once gaged and burped. HELP ME
I've never thrown up by this and its hard to relax after i gag or cough , its really late and i just had a monster energy before this started and i cant sleep .
