Loss of power, Bogges down at hills, Little Rattle.
Manifold has been recently cleaned
Spark Plugs replaced
Fuel Pump Replaced
Fuel Filtler Replaced
Fuel system cleaner replaced
Air Filter replaced
Oil change already performed
My car boggs down it started it just last night. The exhaust has to be stopped up. I have had the car 3 years and I have put 25,000 miles on it, I bought it with 104,000 miles on it. There is no telling when the last time the exhaust or catalytic converter has been replaced before I bought it. Lets reaccess this please

Don't think so. Check the fuel filter and the fuel pump pressure.
If the filter stops up, it will restrict the fuel and bog down.
When was the last time you changed the fuel filter?
If the pressure is low, it will do that.

If it was the cat, it would do it all the time not just going up a hill.

it could be hundreds of things other than the catalitic converter. True removing the cat will give perhaps an extra 2hp in big engines.

Check the engine it could need an oil change, new piston rings or new bearings if your oil pressure is low.

The rattle may be due to a lose exhaust which also reduces power, you need to give it a good look at.
