Bad brakes on 1990 cadillac deville, master cylinder or power booster?

Start with the easy and go from there - if all of those parts were recently replaced, it's a good possibility that the lines are or were not bled properly; bleed the brakes

Okay i just picked up a nice 1990 cadillac deville with just a few problems for cheap. The main thing is the brakes. The guy i bought the car from replaced both calipers rotors and the master cylinder. To get the car to stop the pedal goes ALL the way to the floor and stops If your lucky going about 10 mph. The guy i bought it from said someone told him the power booster was bad but i thought that would cause a stiff pedal, could it cause either or? Could the resivior gaskets be leaking? Could the power booster be bad even though its new? Or do the brakes maybe just need blead? Someone please help me out here! Im trying to get this brake issue fixed and give it a full tune up tomorrow. i got my tags today I need to get this car on the road asap. Help is very appreciated.
