My anxiety has been going on for almost 3 years now. I'm only 20, almost 21. not that age seems to have any place in anxiety these days.
Anyways, my main symptom is my breathing. It gets so bad sometimes, I feel I only have one working lung. I've had tests, I've got better on my own before, so it's not an health issue, but does anyone out there share the symptoms or not being able to breath well, and anyone know any good exercises or general tips to stay regulated?
