Backpacking / winter camping boots?

I'm looking to find a good pair of boots for winter backpacking in the mountains (northeast) that will also keep my feet warm while sitting around camp. Any suggestions?

cabelas makes awesome boots, I've run around the woods here in northeastern canada in the dead of winter with a pair and I never felt cold, 100% waterproof.

be prepared to pay around 100-150 bucks for a good pair.
