I want to backpack for about 3 weeks in southern mexico (veracruz, yucatan peninsula) and then hop the border to belize and maybe gautamala and nicerauga...a lot of websites say that $30 a day is a good backpacking daily budget...other than my flight expenses to and from veracruz is that accurate?...btw I like to camp and will probably camp a night or two at the julapa river and maybe somwhere else...so I won't need a hotel 3-6 nights.....p.s. sorry for the spelling of the the destinations I'm on my phone and to lazy to open another window and google spellings lol.
Mil- thanks for the input but I think your exagerating a little lol...my buddy frequents mexico and comes back fine every time... you are letting the fear mongering get to you lol....and also I think you should see somebody about your anti-american sentiment...after reading your other answers its a little scary man...
