Backpack Speaker/xbox HELP PLEASE Portable Power Supply?

I've seen 12 volt to mains voltage converters that you can run in your car off the power outlet, but for true portablilty you could connect this to a rechargable 12v battery from a portable drill. I'm not quite sure how long it would last though. good luck
 
so i was wondering if i could do one of 2 things
(well i know you CAN do it but i have some questions)

1. i have an old xbox and its taken apart (out of case) and it workes perfectly fine does not over heat or anything.. i want to put it in a backpack and a SMALL tv hooked up to it so i can play it on the go (like school filed trips and little things like that) So what im asking is WHERE can i find a PORTABLE power source.. not a freaking HUGE generator that wouldent go over good -_-


something small that would last me for a while.. and when it needs to recharge just plug it back in let it charge and im good to go


2. Back Pack speaker. i know they have already made them all nice and shannzy but i dont feel like spending that much money for a backpack with a speaker in it -_-

so once again im asking for the same thing.. Portable power supplies?

any ideas?
