Backpack Literature Work Cited help?

Somehow I managed to get through the whole semester without using the books (I got all of the short stories and poems online). For my essay, however, I have to cite the poem in the book. Can anyone help me? It's the poem "Dulce et decorum est" on pg. 348-349 in the newest edition, but even if you don't have the newest edition that's fine.
If you could cite it for me, or just give me the info to cite it, that'd be great! My essay's due tomorrow (I tried to turn it in today but my prof. gave it back b/c it was not cited from the book :( )
