Backpack help please!?

I used orange highlighter on my backpack to make a peace sign and it was raining today and their are drip marks on the backpack now.

What can i do to take it off?

Will bleaching it take the stain off or make it worse?

and it is a white JanSport backpack.

i know hairspray works on ink, you could try it on highlighter
if that doesnt work cover it in stain remover asap then wash it and it should come out
