Back stiffness and pain

I've had many digestive problems in the past and still do.. so i'm trying to figure out if my digestive problems are causing this back stiffness. The stiffness feels like it clirabs around my spine and the pain moves all over my back, i also get pains in my lower abdomen alot. Can anyone relate to these symptoms? after a constant month of enduring these annoying pains they all go away for a month and then come back...

can anyone relate?
