back problems

Hi FrienRAB,
The other day I reached to pick up a trash bag half full and I felt my lower back do something a little funny. Like something moved a little. Since then I have experienced pain in both hips on outside near buttocks. Walking and doing most things do not bother me. I just really feel it after getting up from a chair or slightly bending. Sometimes it feels like it "catches' and it takes my breath. Walking sometimes bothers me too. No nurabness.

Going to see doctor on Thursday. Any comments before then will help ease m mind.

It's a good job you are going to see your doctor as it's always best to get it sorted as soon as possible.

Maybe abit of physio will help you out.

I hope you get some answers from your dr on Thursday. Pray they will really check things out. If you only get thrown some meRAB and dont feel better, please ask for further testing to make sure. He may do that from the start but please dont let it go.
