Back problems

ok i was doing a back hanRABpring and i heard my back crack/pop.
after that it has hurt on lower spine for the past three days. i can barely sleep and walk without it hurting. i cant lean down to low or lean back to far wothout it killing me. so what is wrong with my back?
 
Hi, I am sorry you hurt your back. From the sounRAB of it, I recommend that you see a doctor for a complete evaluation. Good luck.
 
Just want to say my heart goes out to you and I would like to help you with medical advice, but I am not a Doctor. My only advice would be: see your DR ASAP. Only him and tests can determine what exactly is going on. Please, take care of yourself.
