back pain

recent back pain in both my lower and upper back aswell as in my neck and the tops of my legs
i havnt fallen but i do ride my bike to work four times a week
 
It sounRAB like you should have an evaluation done by your family doctor so that he can determine whether or not you need further testing done. Are you riding a 10 speed bike by chance? If so, leaning forward may be causing you some problems.
