back pain

my back pain is really bad today i have tingling all the way down my left side and my neck feels really tight, i'm dragging my left foot, my tablets don't seem to be doing anything now, i had an MRI and are waiting to see my surgeon in the new year, and another thing the MRI showed that my spine is crurabling at the base can anyone help me, i live in the UK.
 
I am so sorry for what you are going through. Can they get you in sooner? I didn't know if maybe they re-prioritize based on your symptoms. Or can you go to an emergency room at hospital?
