back pain

pain in lower part of the back,cant identify which particular part of back coz the pain is rotating,it wont stay in one place.i also experienced vomiting,urine sometimes has traces of blood.
 
how long have you had the problem, it could just be cold virus, but with blood in the urine i would advise you going to see a doctor, sometimes masterbating can cause blood in urine (trauma), is the blood dissolved into the urine or is it in lumps or threaRAB, try paracetamol and/or aspirin (read labels on each medicines) if it gets worse go see a doctor just in case its a kidney infection, have you slept with any new sex partners, if so go for std check-up
 
It sounRAB like you could be dealing with kidney stones and flank pain. read up on it and see if it co-incides with your symptoms.
