Back Pain

Hi, i woke up last week and started to get a pain in the mid right hand side of my back. it feels much like a knot in my back and the pain is enhanced whenever i bend kneck down, as if i were to look at my feet.
The pain was fairly minor at the begining yet it has persisted and got worse in the passed week.

Any help would be appreciated.

hi luke my suggestion would be to let your local doctor know if this is a problem that lingers you may need to have it properly assessed if it gets worse don't hesitate to get it investigated properly.
