back pain

At the bottom of back in the center I have a swollen approx 3in x 3in and I can't walk. Sometimes very, very. very slow and still kills! It is harder to reach down then it is to come up?

All tests come back u should be fine just take it easy,
How about 5yrs easy? Any suggestions?
