back pain

not sure if its sciatica or something else the pain is terrible feels like two things rubbing together and pins and needles type pain in my right leg pain is lower back right hand side its so bad it stops me in my tracks at some pints
 
Have you been able to see a doctor? Some tests can determine what's going on in there. X-rays, CT scans, and/or MRI's.
