Since I have sometimes problems sleeping I sometimes take some over the counter sleeping pills. (Advil Night, Tylenol Night time, Benadryl, Walgreens Sleep Aid) But I found that most the time when I take them I get very bad pack pain. Especially the lower back. I already have sometimes very bad back pain, but it seems to increase when taking those sleeping pills.
The sleeping pills I take contain Diphenhydramine HIC (25mg).
Does anyone have similar issues when taking diphenhydramine? Also any info why that would be would also be helpful. Are there any other over the counter sleeping aiRAB which are based on a different substance than diphenhydramine?
