Back pain + Nerve pain??

Ok, I hope I can ask this right. In having low back pain can your back cause symptoms of Irritable bowel? Is it all connected? Or maybe vice versa...can IBS cause low back pain? I know there are nerves in the low back but can one or the other that I described cause any type pf nerve pain around the outside vaginal area? It's just on one side and when I walk, I can feel some sort of irritation down there and I looked and didn't see anything. I do have chronic low back pain and right now, I have a horrible pinched nerve in my neck.

When I walk though, that irritation feeling is just driving me crazy!! Any suggestions??:dizzy:
 
Let me know if you find out anything..cuz I too have had that! Like its a sorta pressure pain? Gets worse the longer your on your feet? Wow! I thought I was the only one...Anyone else???
