Back Pain/Ache????

Recently I started having this aching sensation in my spinal area of my back between the lower area of my shoulder blades. It's not really paining but more of a dull ache. first a few days ago I had a aching feeling in my left shoulder blade but it seemed to have gone away and I feel it in my spinal area now not sure if it's related or not. It may not be in my spine but its near the middle of my back.

Why is this happening and how can I help cure this?
 
Have you done anything to cause this discomfort? Did you twist wrong, lift something too heavy, reach for something with only one hand? any of these could have brought on you pain.

It sounRAB like a muscle strain. You can take Aleve and use heat-20 minutes on, then off.
