hi
i am trying to speak to someone who has had a hemi-laminectomy recently.
i am due to have one in the next couple of weeks and I am very concerned of what to expect afterwards as no-one can seem to give me a straight answer. I want to know who much pain to expect, what I will be able to do, how long will i have to wear a back brace (if i even have too as i found out from the internet that i might have to)
i am so scared of all the things that could go wrong but I want to know from someone else who has had it done and was it all worth it?
